Priced per m² of wall
Supply and installation are priced by the area of wall treated, so the cost scales fairly with the work.
Outcome in writing
You'll have the EPC rating you'll reach, and a fixed price, before any work begins.
A full survey and tailored before-works EPC — credited against your install if you proceed.
Indicative supply-and-fit for a single solid-wall room, fully finished and ready to decorate.
Indicative for a typical period property — often substantially reduced by available grants.

Energy-company funding toward insulation for eligible households — often covering a large share of the cost.
Great British Insulation Scheme
Support for insulating less energy-efficient homes, open to a broad range of households by council tax band.

Council-delivered funding for low-income households to improve the warmth and efficiency of their homes.
Octopus Zero Bills & finance
